Creates with purpose – Codes with standards – Collaborates without ego
Discovers with diligence – Designs with direction – Delivers with dependability
I start by understanding the problem from multiple angles: user needs, business goals, stakeholder expectations, analytics, support feedback, technical constraints, and real-world context. The goal is to separate assumptions from reality before decisions become expensive.
Once the problem is understood, I organize the moving parts: workflows, content, information architecture, user journeys, priorities, dependencies, and edge cases. Strong organization creates clarity, and clarity creates confidence for both users and teams.
Design is where research and organization become tangible. I move from structure to interaction to interface, using sketches, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, accessibility review, and design system alignment to create experiences that are useful, clear, and scalable.
Design is a hypothesis until people interact with it. Feedback, usability testing, observation, analytics, accessibility review, and stakeholder input help refine ideas and uncover opportunities for improvement. The goal is not to prove the design right; the goal is to make the experience better.
I care about what happens after the design is approved. Delivery may include documentation, design systems, component libraries, accessibility standards, training materials, and practical guidance for teams. A solution only succeeds if people can use it, maintain it, and build upon it.
Every project teaches something. Tools change, technology shifts, and user expectations continue to move. I refine my process through research, outcomes, accessibility lessons, team feedback, and the practical reality of what happens once work is released into the world.
I solve real-world design challenges.
